Jordan's month in SetBucks, October 2026: a total balance of $14,515.70 across accounts; money in $6,010.00, money out $2,999.81 and what's left $3,010.19; the next 7 days with Paycheck, Netflix, Roth IRA contribution; and a projected end of month of $5,816.17 in checking. Everything in its place.

A tight month

A tight month, without surprises.

You know the exact day the money will be there.

The projection adds up every bill and paycheck already on your ledger, day by day, from today's real balance. A short day shows up before it happens.

The projected statement of a tight month, day by day from today, the 8th, with $96.40 in checking. On the 10th, car insurance leaves the balance at −$45.60, shown in red. On the 15th, the paycheck brings it to $1,344.40, with the note "You'll have the money on the 15th".

Move the bill from the 10th to the 20th.

Car insurance due on the 10th, paycheck on the 15th? Move the bill to the 20th. Same money, no bounced payment. That's the truth.

The same tight month after moving car insurance from the 10th to the 20th: no day in the red, the paycheck on the 15th brings the balance to $1,486.40, the 20th pays electric and car insurance together, and the month still ends at $1,051.01. The note reads "Moved to the 20th. Same money, no surprise."

A good month

A good month, with room for plans.

See how far your plans can go.

Add the trip, the emergency fund or the investment as a future entry. The projection shows whether it fits, without hurting the rest of the month.

Jordan's projected checking statement from today to the end of the month, with a new future transaction, Flights to Denver for $1,180.00 on the 24th. The running total stays positive and the month still ends at $4,636.17. The note reads "It fits. Still $4,636.17 at the end of the month."

The end of the month

The end of the month, in plain numbers.

What came in, what went out, and the share of each category.

Three numbers anyone can read, then every dollar grouped into Essentials, Lifestyle and Saving, each group open to the categories inside it.

The Analysis for October 2026, full month: money in $6,010.00, money out $2,999.81, what's left $3,010.19, compared with last month. Spending by group: Essentials 85%, Lifestyle 6%, Saving & investing 8%, with Essentials open to its categories.

Month against month

Month against month.

What got better, what needs work, and what you can afford.

Up to 12 months side by side, in total and by category, with the average across them.

The Compare tab with the last three months side by side: money in, Essentials, Lifestyle, Saving & investing and what's left, each with an average. Lifestyle went from $245.90 to $187.71, down two months in a row, and saving started two months ago. The note reads "Lifestyle: down 24% in two months."

When money stops being a worry

You focus on what matters: your work, your family, your plans.

Peace, and a clear view of how everything stands. With your money in order, the only limit is you.

“I built SetBucks because I needed it. In a tight month, the projection told me the exact day the money would be there, and when a bill had to move from the 10th to the 20th. In a good month, the same screen told me how far a trip, an investment or an emergency fund could go without hurting the rest. At the end of every month I know what came in, what went out, and the share of each category. I'm never caught by surprise anymore. That's the truth: with your money in order, the only limit is you.”

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know anything about finance?

No. SetBucks starts you with categories written for a household in the United States, and the main view is three numbers: money in, money out, and what's left. If you want the full picture, an advanced view is one click away.

Does SetBucks have goals or a budget?

No. There is no budget to set and no goals feature to maintain. SetBucks shows where your money stands and where it's heading, day by day. The plans are yours: add a trip or a transfer to savings as a future entry, and the projection shows whether it fits.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing is charged, because we never ask for a card. Your account turns read-only: you can still open, read and export everything. Subscribe at $9 a month or $90 a year, plus applicable tax, and editing comes right back.

Is there a phone app?

SetBucks runs in your browser, on your phone as well as your computer, and the layout is made for small screens. There's no app to download from an app store.

Can I bring in my history?

Yes. You can import CSV, Excel (XLSX) and OFX files from your bank, and export everything to PDF, Excel or CSV whenever you want.
